The major group-buying sites have been built largely on the back of selling local deals - cheap haircuts, restaurant vouchers and personal services/offers – NOT TRAVEL. They are experts at coupons for services, but not for hotels and resorts. Here are some of the challenges that exist for hotels and resorts;
